Quality

„ISO High-quality and timely services, including the resulting products, have always had the utmost importance in our company. In order to fulfill this claim, we introduced a Quality Management System (QMS) as early as 1994. With certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, we have a QMS at our disposal that meets the latest demands.

Amongst other things, the building blocks of modern quality management, which ensures smooth and problem-free work and functional routines, are the identification and traceability of the products and tasks carried out, detailed quality records and regular maintenance of quality-related operational equipment.

The Quality Management System includes all of our company’s processes that are relevant to quality and the relationships with our customers – especially their individual care and consulting – as well as the relationships with our suppliers. The application of the QMS ensures that all processes and their interactions, be it organizational, commercial or technical, be thoroughly planned, managed and monitored with the resources provided.

This is documented by the Quality Management System, which is regularly certified by Germanischer Lloyd and reviewed through internal audits.
